Alberto's journey toward a healthy lifestyle began over thirty years ago when he stumbled upon a book on the benefits of wellness at the Vatican in Italy. This discovery ignited his passion, prompting him to delve deeper into the world of nutrition. He attended countless seminars and workshops, immersing himself in botany and biology.

With his newfound knowledge, Alberto began cultivating his unique blend of Organic Greens for his neighbors. His efforts quickly gained recognition, and soon he was supplying local health food stores. Alberto's legacy will be remembered as that of a thinker and a survivor.

Universal Living Sprouts' innovative growing techniques have earned the prestigious FDA's Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) accreditation, as well as the USDA-certified badge in organic farming. HACCP is a management system that ensures food safety through rigorous analysis and control of hazards, from raw material production to the final product. Our greenhouse facility is among the most certified and respected organic produce distributors in South Florida. Alberto's dedicated team delivers top-quality Organic Wheatgrass, Sunflower Greens, Pea Greens, and Buckwheat Lettuce. These nutritious and delicious sprouts and wheatgrass are available for pick-up or UPS shipping.
